On the July 8 ^th , 2020 CVE Board meeting Jo took an action to schedule a meeting of working group chairs to discuss a way forward on how to reduce time spent on CVE Board calls for working group coordination.

The following are the notes from this meeting which was held today (July 15 ^th ).

Notes

• Schedules are already full; adding another hour is not much value for the time
• Cross-coordination between working groups can be handled by the chairs on an ad-hoc basis
• While this sounded fine at the time (on the board meeting), after more reflection there was consensus that the value of a regular meeting is low.
• Ad-hoc meetings can be scheduled for coordination where needed.
